Hi everyone I have a 2001 ski nautique gt40 efi. I have an odd issue I cannot seem to solve. Everytime I take the boat out of the garage and back it off the trailor the engine fires up just fine. If I were to take a hard run park it at the dock and try to start the boat again it will crank but not fire unless I go wot. If I leave the boat in the water overnight it will not start in the morning unless wot. But if I were to take the boat out and trailor it and out it back in the next day it would fire right up. So far I have checked fuel pressure and leak down on the fuel system I have 39psi and it holds for over an hour. I have also tested the tps, iac, ect, map sensor. I do have spark during the condition also. Any input would be appreciated thanks.

I have had similar issues with my 2000 Sport with GT40 EFI.  When trying to start after the engine comes up to temp is almost impossible unless you let it cool with hatch open ~20min.  It has also recently starting running really rough at idle.  It has stalled several times when trying to dock/pull into  boat house.
Any feedback from others would be greatly appreciated.
